Gestamp Tallent, in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, is improving
its factory after receiving £3,750,000 backing from the UK Government's
Regional Growth Fund. It will use the funds to improve its automotive
components facility.
Formed initially as Tallent Engineering Ltd the company
was taken over by the German steel giant Thyssen Krupp and became Tallent Automotive
Ltd. Today it is better known as Gestamp Tallent.
